📋 Description

• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle from concept to deployment • Deliver scoped assets to clients on time and according to project objectives • Route feedback, source needed assets, and provide deliverable updates to teams and trackers • Track project status, completed tasks, pending deliverables, timelines, and outstanding items • Perform daily project tracking, resource management, inventory allocation/tracking, and workflow supervision across multiple projects • Route completed assets, client feedback, and revisions between client-facing calendars, internal teams, and project management software • Ensure feedback requests, revisions, completion dates, and final project deadlines are met • Establish and maintain creative workflow processes in a fast-paced agency environment • Build and enforce internal project timelines in the project management system • Coordinate with account management to align client-facing and internal timelines • Delegate tasks based on strengths, skills, experience, and bandwidth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven working experience in project management • Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the social space • Ability to work alone, under pressure, with extremely tight deadlines • Experience with project management software, specifically ClickUp • Proficiency in Google Sheets • Strong understanding of social content production workflows • Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements • Extremely detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Strong time and resource management skills • Highly organized and self-starting • Ability to keep a team on track with deadlines • Accountability to timelines and calendar commitments
