📋 Description

• Manage content development team and operations • Oversee multi-curriculum content development • Drive content quality and consistency standards • Coordinate project delivery and resource management • Develop team capabilities and performance • Facilitate collaboration and content integration • Monitor content effectiveness and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive science curriculum content development experience • 3-5 years of increasing management responsibility with documented success leading content teams • Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Curriculum and Instruction or related field required • Proven people management and team leadership experience • Multi-curriculum project management expertise • Content development operations experience • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Educational standards and assessment knowledge • Team development and coaching abilities • Data analysis and improvement focus
