📋 Description

• Lead program integration services for the U.S. Coast Guard under the Chief of Staff. • Manage project lifecycle from start to finish. • Use AI tools for data analysis, risk prediction, and automated reporting to support data-driven decisions. • Improve resource management and planning. • Optimize collaboration and workflow automation tools, with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Engage with stakeholders and provide training and support for new tools. • Produce strategic reports that identify gaps, suggest improvements, and outline implementation plans for modernizing the organization's life-cycle processes. • Help the organization adopt agile methods to deliver programs and services more effectively. • Develop a plan for implementing new processes and conduct annual reviews to measure performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in the specialty or 12 years of equivalent experience with 6 years of specialty. • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active Secret clearance. • Proven experience in a senior analyst or project management role, preferably within the federal government. • Strong project management skills. • Expertise in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. • Familiarity with integrating AI tools for data analysis. • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
