📋 Description

• Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms • Build and manage complex campaigns, including dynamic ads and scalable media structures • Set up and manage testing methodologies for campaign structures, bid strategies, creatives, and other elements • Oversee media budget allocation and optimize spend • Report campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize ROI, engagement, and key KPIs • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account management teams • Advise clients on paid search and digital advertising best practices, strategies, and trends • Manage and mentor a team of 1–3 paid search specialists • Prioritize team efforts and resources to exceed client deliverables • Project manage complex campaign tasks and ensure timely delivery • Build and standardize processes for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience working in digital advertising, preferably within a performance marketing agency • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft • Experience with paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit and/or programmatic advertising • 1–2 years of experience managing and developing a team of 1–3 people • Prior experience overseeing or mentoring junior team members • Proven ability to manage campaigns independently and optimize performance based on data and insights • Strong analytical skills • Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to meet client expectations and deliverables • Experience managing complex tasks with conflicting priorities • Experience with enterprise-level clients preferred • Experience with B2B preferred • Candidates must live in the United States and work EST or CST time zones • Amsive does not provide sponsorship opportunities
