📋 Description

• Provide customer support for technical issues online or offline • Respond to customer issues or complaints, normally within 24 hours • Visit customers when needed • Follow RMA processes in the CRM and record returns in the online list • Plan the following week’s customer service visits • Participate in weekly team meetings to review issues and RMA follow-up • Prepare a basic monthly report on main work • Follow the call center project task list and timeline • Visit customers and maintain good communication • Provide feedback or analysis reports • Maintain customer relationships and customer satisfaction • Train customers on products or Ananda Link • Review service processes to improve efficiency • Support customer visits with additional assistance, including business support • Analyze and solve technical issues and support partners

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based candidate • Available for long-term employment without sponsorship • Fluent in English and Chinese • 2+ years of related work experience • Experience assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment • Minimum secondary level of education • PCBA welding experience and skill preferred • Strong communication skills • Good knowledge of MS Office • Experience with any ERP system
