📋 Description

• Guide customers and lead blended delivery teams with Business Partners to deploy Anaplan solutions efficiently and effectively • Apply “The Anaplan Way” implementation methodology • Ensure project teams build powerful, easy-to-use models within agreed timelines • Enable and empower customer modelers to become self-sufficient • Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of one or more strategic Anaplan solution implementations • Serve as the primary point of contact for deliveries and provide transparency on active project status to internal leadership • Lead customer-facing meetings from operational management to C-suite • Align stakeholders on release scope, deployment timelines, resource management, model design, testing and training plans, and change management • Deliver presentations to executives and system end-users • Manage projects end to end with client project managers • Liaise with clients at project-management and executive levels • Identify resource needs, manage resource allocation, and hold teams accountable to deadlines • Monitor timelines and milestones • Manage issues and risks, escalate as needed, and deploy mitigation strategies • Report resources, budget, and project status to sponsors and stakeholders • Manage concurrent tasks and shifting priorities • Facilitate stakeholder alignment by translating complex business requirements into actionable implementation plans • Drive continuous improvement by documenting project learnings and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of driving customer success and aligning in complex customer environments at executive and department levels • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into simple, usable, high-value solutions with Business Partners • Experience in enterprise performance management • Depth in program and project management of complex multi-stakeholder environments • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels • 6+ years of software project management, customer success management, and/or related experience (preferred skills) • Data-driven approach to managing milestones and outcomes, mitigating risks, and solving issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience using Anaplan (preferred) • Experience with Anaplan solution implementations (preferred) • Proficiency in project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies within Anaplan
