Travefy is a SaaS platform built for travel advisors, agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and DMOs that centralizes itinerary building, proposals, CRM, website and marketing tools, and mobile trip experiences. It provides a drag-and-drop itinerary builder, proposal and quote tools, invoicing and commission tracking in a secure CRM, branded website and landing page creation, a mobile app with live flight updates and offline access, and integrations with hundreds of suppliers to streamline travel business operations and client communication.

📋 Description

• Run enterprise, host agency, API/white-label and business development partner rollouts end to end • Manage implementation projects from contract handoff through onboarding, launch and adoption • Lead kickoffs, data migration, parallel testing, training and go-live • Set customer timelines and milestones, drive activation and track adoption • Run weekly partner status meetings, maintain risk lists and escalate major concerns • Coordinate technical onboarding with partner IT teams and Travefy Engineering or Account Management • Own data migration, field mapping and bulk account, team, billing and subscription setup • Handle SSO troubleshooting and technical partner questions • Design and lead client and team onboarding training, staff trainings, webinars and office hours • Write agent communications for large rollouts and coordinate welcome emails • Build the standard implementation playbook, including API and white-label processes • Define handoffs and SLAs from Sales through Implementation, Strategic Accounts and CX • Help build Travefy’s services portfolio, starting with migrations • Collaborate with account management, leadership, Sales, Product, Engineering, RevOps and CX

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a technical implementation specialist, technical account manager or technical project manager at a SaaS company, including project management of implementations or onboarding • Hands-on experience with integrations and APIs, data migration, field mapping, bulk setup, SSO and admin tools • Experience managing complex projects with multiple moving parts and teams • Experience creating standardized playbooks and processes • Strong cross-functional coordination and risk management • Confident presenting and training customers • Organized, clear in writing and customer-oriented • Travel industry experience, especially with host agency operations and back-office systems, is a major advantage • Experience implementing API or white-label partnerships, or building a services offering such as data migrations, is a nice-to-have • Experience writing customer communications for large user bases is a nice-to-have • Must not require immigration sponsorship and must have work authorization to work in the United States
