📋 Description

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan supporting successful IXL implementation • Travel regionally to assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits • Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive IXL engagement and usage • Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps • Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting • 2+ years of experience providing professional development • Experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development preferred • Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred • Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators • Excellent interpersonal skills • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology • Strategic thinker and problem-solver • Must live close to a major airport
