📋 Description

• Travel to new health center locations and participate in physical and clinical center set-up • Receive, unpack, and set up supplies and equipment • Establish organized clinical supply and laboratory areas • Verify storage, labeling, inventory, and expiration-date management • Complete laboratory and point-of-care testing set-up and establish quality-control processes • Provide standardized orientation and hands-on training to newly hired clinical team members • Train employees on workflows, systems, equipment, patient flow, clinical procedures, supply management, laboratory processes, quality control, documentation, and role responsibilities • Evaluate learner understanding and competency through observation, demonstration, simulation, and coaching • Facilitate mock patient visits and workflow simulations before opening • Identify readiness gaps and partner with leadership and Clinical Operations to resolve them • Provide onsite opening-day and post-go-live stabilization support • Coach employees transitioning from training to live patient care and reinforce standardized workflows • Refine center set-up, supply organization, laboratory processes, patient flow, and operational needs • Partner with Clinical Operations, center leadership, Facilities, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, and other implementation teams • Communicate training and readiness concerns • Identify recurring implementation opportunities and provide feedback to improve training, workflows, job aids, competencies, and opening processes • Create and execute clinical onboarding plans for new hires • Support training initiatives for quality improvement, patient experience, and EMR changes • Provide peer coaching, mentorship, and support to clinical team members • Assist with training strategies for enterprise and new-center initiatives • Work an irregular schedule based on travel needs, including some weekends and occasional holidays

🎯 Requirements

• Florida-based remote/travel position • Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or other relevant healthcare/clinical background required • Must be a graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program; graduates of a Licensed Practical Nursing program will also be considered • Current Basic Life Support/AED Certification from an AHA-accredited provider • Phlebotomy certification required for Medical Assistants who perform venipuncture or specimen collection, with an active credential from NHA, AMT, NCCT, or ASCP • New hires without phlebotomy certification must obtain the required credential within 90 days of hire • Child Clearance – Act 33 • Criminal Clearance – Act 38 • FBI Clearance – Act 73 • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical role in primary care, urgent care, or similar outpatient setting • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in formal training delivery • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to translate policies and workflows into hands-on training • Ability to teach adult learners using multiple instructional approaches • Strong coaching, facilitation, interpersonal communication, written communication, and verbal communication skills • Ability to organize and operationalize a new clinical environment • Ability to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and provide constructive feedback • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across locations • Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Ability to identify operational gaps and independently develop practical solutions • Frequent travel, potentially 75–100%, including overnight stays and multi-week onsite assignments • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
