📋 Description

• Own implementation of key customers and lead regular working sessions • Understand customer operations through remote and onsite workflow observation • Deliver product training throughout implementation • Investigate workflows and product behavior to distinguish configuration issues, training needs, defects, and functionality gaps • Map implementation processes and identify opportunities for automation, tooling, and templates • Create repeatable playbooks, configuration standards, and team best practices • Translate customer needs into requirements covering problems, business impact, user scenarios, business rules, and expected outcomes • Manage customer requests and expectations before CSM handoff • Collaborate with product and engineering on solutions, prototypes, development changes, dependencies, and customer updates • Identify recurring issues and turn customer findings into platform-wide improvements • Present improvements to customers, support adoption, and confirm results during hypercare • Deliver smooth go-lives and hand off customers to the Customer Success Manager team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a product development environment, or as a Product Manager/Product Owner with strong analytical skills • Direct experience working with external B2B customers to understand processes, investigate problems, discuss requirements, and manage expectations • Builder’s mindset and ability to design systems, automations, and process improvements • Strong analytical and structured thinking, including business logic, data relationships, contradiction identification, and clear requirements writing • Experience working with product and engineering teams through implementation and validating outcomes with users • Strong customer communication skills • Technical fluency in software behavior, data, configuration, and engineering issue discussions • Curiosity and ability to learn a complex platform across multiple functional areas • Reliable ownership, responsiveness, commitment tracking, and risk/blocker visibility • Ability to travel 75% of the time • Strong spoken and written English • Nice to have: retail software, POS, eCommerce, inventory management, cannabis or regulated retail experience • Nice to have: automation or low-code tools, scripting, SQL, data analysis, Python, implementation playbooks, APIs, integrations, data flows, customer workshops, or onsite discovery
