📋 Description

• Own and manage designated work streams within the recruiting function, independently determining work methods and procedures • Act as a lead within the recruiting team, providing guidance and support to team members • Work independently on complex sourcing issues and resolve problems deviating from standard policy and practice • Evaluate varied factors and implement effective solutions • Prioritize and execute sourcing activities supporting organizational goals and objectives • Collaborate with contacts outside recruiting to resolve mutual problems and coordinate team activities • Share learnings with less experienced team members and build relationships to influence others within recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• Highly skilled and fully proficient in recruiting sourcing methodologies and techniques • Ability to work independently and take the lead on sourcing initiatives • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate varied factors and implement effective solutions • Experience executing and prioritizing sourcing activities to support organizational goals • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting sourcing • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals • Strong understanding of interdependencies and outcomes in recruitment processes • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check
