📋 Description

• Build and architect solutions connecting clients' systems with Anduin's platform • Ensure seamless data flows • Implement subscription form digitization logic at the heart of Anduin's product • Lead problem understanding, integration design, and client advisory work through to working outcomes for clients • Scope and deliver reliable integrations for investment firms, law firms, hedge funds, and other high-profile clients • Manage client expectations proactively and maintain strong client relationships • Lead exploratory client meetings and extract deep context before proposing solutions • Explore clients' CRMs, data models, and workflows to identify friction points • Advise on data structure improvements to make integrations more robust • Build tailored client solutions and identify repeatable patterns • Drive generalization of repeatable patterns into platform capabilities • Work closely with Digitization Consultants, Specialists, and QA Engineers on subscription form digitization • Collaborate with teams across US and Vietnam offices • Align on priorities, bring field intelligence back to product and engineering, and advocate for platform improvements • Build AI-powered internal tools to multiply team productivity • Engage with clients and US-based teams during regular business hours • Collaborate with offshore Vietnam teams during evenings when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning and shipping production systems independently • Ability to simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure • Hands-on experience across multiple integration domains: database management systems, SFTP, SMTP, enterprise SSO, etc. • Proven client-facing experience: leading solution discussions, translating technical concepts, and troubleshooting issues professionally • Excellent communication skills across time zones • Strong product sense and ability to evaluate trade-offs and identify client problems worth generalizing into platform capabilities • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field • Nice to have: Experience with AI/LLM tools, including prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or internal automation • Nice to have: Background in fintech, private markets, or enterprise SaaS • Nice to have: Experience with document digitization, OCR, or subscription form processing workflows • Nice to have: Prior client-facing technical role such as FDE, solutions engineering, implementation, or consulting • Nice to have: Experience working with engineering and product teams based in Vietnam or similar offshore environments • Must specify current state of residence in the US • Must disclose whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
