📋 Description

• Serve as the hands-on operator for Workday and key resolver for core recruiting systems • Test and implement Workday for Talent Acquisition • Partner with the Workday project team and TA stakeholders to document requirements, execute test scenarios, and track defects • Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve issues before go-live • Validate data and process flows between Workday and other TA systems • Prepare cutover activities, training materials, and communications • Provide first-level escalation support for Workday questions and issues after go-live • Gather feedback, identify process friction, and propose and test improvements • Maintain process documentation and job aids • Resolve Greenhouse and ChartHop issues affecting backfills, conversions, requisitions, and headcount alignment • Investigate data and synchronization discrepancies and address root causes • Handle support tickets with consistent quality and response times • Track recurring issues and recommend configuration, process, or training improvements • Partner with the enablement team to improve training and guidance • Help define processes that promote correct and consistent tool usage

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and business considerations may affect the salary offer • Ability to document requirements, write and run test scenarios, and track and retest defects • Ability to coordinate user acceptance testing with recruiters, coordinators, and business partners • Ability to validate data and process flows between Workday and other talent acquisition systems • Ability to resolve Workday questions and issues and route escalations with clear context • Ability to investigate data and synchronization discrepancies and identify root causes • Experience or ability to support Greenhouse and ChartHop core processes, including backfills, conversions, requisition, and headcount alignment • Ability to track recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend configuration, process, or training changes
