📋 Description

• Own the recruiting technology stack, including Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, CoderPad and Workday integrations • Evaluate, renew and negotiate vendor relationships using usage data and forecasts • Configure and optimize recruiting tools and retire unnecessary systems • Automate repetitive work through integrations, no-code tools and AI • Build Greenhouse and GoodTime workflows to reduce handoffs, errors and turnaround time • Pilot useful recruiting technology and AI solutions • Define recruiting metrics and build dashboards for pipeline health, time to fill, offer acceptance and recruiter capacity • Build automated reports and maintain clean ATS data • Lead, coach and develop Talent Operations Coordinators • Design schedules and coverage across time zones • Set service levels and measure team performance • Create, standardize and document recruiting processes and maintain the knowledge base • Train recruiters and hiring managers on tools and processes and improve adoption • Partner with People, Legal, Finance, Compensation and IT on offers, contracts and approval workflows • Support international hiring and country-specific offer and contract requirements • Ensure offers and contracts comply with local employment law, pay transparency rules and internal policies • Partner with Legal and People on hiring compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations, recruiting systems or people analytics at a fast-growing tech company, including experience leading a team • Deep, hands-on ATS experience, ideally as a Greenhouse admin configuring workflows, permissions, reports and integrations • Experience using integrations, no-code automation tools or AI to remove manual work • Strong analytical skills • Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables and automated reports • Experience building dashboards in a BI or reporting tool • Hands-on experience managing offers and employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, approvals and handoff to onboarding • Working knowledge of US employment law and hiring compliance, including pay transparency, exempt vs. non-exempt classification, I-9, background checks and EEO • Understanding of differing hiring requirements across countries • Experience evaluating, buying and negotiating with HR technology vendors • Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries • Strategic, independent mindset • Clear communication and confidence presenting to senior leaders
