📋 Description

• Investigate and audit pro accounts for compliance with company quality standards • Monitor ongoing compliance, including valid licensing and regulatory requirements • Review and respond to concerns involving misconduct, fraud, or poor performance • Conduct web research and outbound calls to gather and verify account credentials • Complete daily tasks and physical and digital file management in accordance with data privacy guidelines • Identify and escalate compliance, fraud, or quality risks • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve service level agreements with minimal supervision • Use company-provided equipment and webcam for virtual meetings

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Ability to manage a high volume of cases daily without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail • Strong customer service instincts and high emotional intelligence • Quick, sound judgment and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Empathetic approach to pros and teammates • Coachable, growth-minded attitude • Ability to use internal knowledge bases independently • High proficiency with computers • Experience using CRMs and Google Suite tools • Must permanently reside in one of the eligible states • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
