📋 Description

• Support regional professional services activities and engineering • Manage new opportunity intake and presales scoping process steps • Generate service quotes, help scope and track opportunities, and process and close opportunities • Submit proposals and assist with hours and template scoping, Proposal QA, and delivery • Manage Jira and Salesforce.com service opportunities and provide accurate forecasting reports • Respond promptly to internal and external professional-services inquiries • Suggest process improvements for the presales service lifecycle • Interface daily with technical leaders, practice delivery leads, and Sales Support Specialists • Manage multiple workstreams in an organized and timely manner • Liaise among customers, vendors, sales executives, service leaders, contracts, and proposal departments • Document and maintain presales workflow processes and procedures • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers • Attend regional and national forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis • Analyze information and make decisions benefiting GuidePoint Security

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of services-related logistics experience • Experience in services delivery or project management • Information Security or project management certifications a plus • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task effectively • Comfortable working in an independent, fast paced environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • U.S.-based only • Up to 15% travel • Sedentary work • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day • Close visual acuity to view a computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
