📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies • Partner with leaders to evaluate and improve organizational health using survey scores, turnover data, promotion rates, and other metrics • Support global teams through growth and organizational change • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data and provide guidance to leaders • Drive performance management initiatives to support engagement and retention • Support frontline managers with day-to-day employee relations topics • Design and implement organizational and enterprise-wide solutions • Build processes and standards for efficient and effective people operations • Collaborate with COE partners to deliver work across the organization and company • Investigate escalated employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues • Develop and provide training on HR-related topics • Mitigate organizational risk and ensure compliance with state, federal, and global regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 4–5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Global experience is a plus • Strong understanding of AI use cases in operational organizations and ability to incorporate AI into daily HR work • Experience leading organizational changes, including reorganizations and global job reviews • Ability to analyze data and tell a story that influences and drives the business • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices and their practical workplace application • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Self-driven and able to work autonomously • Ability to work effectively with different people, departments, and organizational levels • Demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders to adopt HR best practices • Dynamic interpersonal skills, including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution • Persuasive communication and ability to influence outcomes collaboratively • Competence supporting multiple projects simultaneously with results orientation and effective program management • Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
