📋 Description

• Manage human resource information management systems for one or more company-wide technologies • Monitor solution integration and change control processes in alignment with company policies and application standards • Lead the functional design of new technology solutions supporting business requirements • Manage configuration, testing, change control, documentation, and maintenance activities • Ensure effective integration with other systems and processes across technologies and regions • Evaluate requested system changes and assess their impact on the overall system • Monitor the status of change requests • Manage testing and implementation of human resource system patches, enhancements, and upgrades • Maintain system functionality, access, and security in compliance with global design, standards, business requirements, and legislation • Ensure resolution of complex user questions and system issues • Ensure accuracy and completeness of process documentation and user instructional materials • Monitor metrics to ensure overall operational effectiveness • May lead project implementation or ongoing operations support for technology-enabled solutions

🎯 Requirements

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Significant relevant work experience required • Human Resource Information Systems experience preferred • Knowledge of change management • Human Resources consulting knowledge • Human Resources Information Systems design knowledge • Data analytics knowledge • Human Resources user experience knowledge • Ability to manage complex information and processes • Ability to plan and align work with organizational goals • Technology-savvy approach to business and digital applications
