• Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote medical products • Build, cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders at hospitals, OBLs, and ASCs • Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to leadership • Stay informed about industry regulations, product innovations, and competitive landscape • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals • Attend medical conferences and events to network with potential clients • Execute strategic territory planning and identify high-potential accounts • Displace competitive products and penetrate accounts across physician, administration, and supply-chain stakeholders • Educate physicians and provide case support in Cath lab/OR settings • Train physicians and staff on device use and procedural integration • Troubleshoot during live cases • Start new accounts and manage long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers • Travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationally for key meetings • Work independently and collaborate as a team player
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field • Award-winning and proven track record in medical device sales; 7–10 years preferred in peripheral or coronary interventions or endovascular markets • In-depth knowledge of vascular anatomy, PAD, CTO, and procedural workflows • Established or buildable relationships with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and interventional radiologists • Experience navigating Value Analysis Committees (VAC) and supply chain • Ability to manage OBLs, ASCs, and hospital accounts • Consistent quota overachievement in capital and/or disposable device sales • Strategic territory planning and high-potential account identification • Physician education and case support in Cath labs/OR settings • Competitive economic selling, ROI modeling, and reimbursement knowledge • Multi-touch account penetration strategies across physicians, administration, and supply chain • Ability to discuss device mechanism of action and clinical data at peer-to-peer level • Ability to train physicians and staff on device use and procedural integration • Strong live-case troubleshooting aptitude • Understanding of competitive devices including wires, atherectomy, IVL, CTO crossing devices, balloons, and stents • Self-starter with hunter mentality and ability to start new accounts • Resilience through long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers • Credible presence in the lab and confidence with KOL interactions and clinical discussions • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationally • Coachable team player committed to continuing development • Ability to work independently with initiative • Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools • Must currently reside in Southern California, preferably Los Angeles
