📋 Description

• Build the local face of BeatBox in the market while following national strategies and priorities • Build local networks of opinion leaders and essential influencers online and offline • Create marketing programs across on-premise, off-premise, events, and new business opportunities • Translate national programs into local activations through product sampling, event partnerships, and on-premise activation • Hire, train, and staff field marketing teams of brand representatives • Support on-premise and off-premise activations, local events, influencer/VIP support, product drops, merchandising, and sales blitzes • Activate national events with other Field Marketing Specialists and Brand Representatives • Develop relationships with managers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and sales and marketing departments • Conduct distributor ride-alongs and support sales • Maintain storage facilities, infrastructure, product inventory, swag, and marketing materials • Identify local event and influencer partnership opportunities • Develop social media content for local campaigns • Co-manage events and develop Brand Engagement Activation Teams • Manage national and regional festivals from planning through execution • Coordinate festival logistics, personnel, point-of-sale materials, and activations • Serve as on-site festival manager and travel for end-to-end execution • Complete festival recaps and coordinate post-festival reviews • Provide social/digital training to the Field Marketing Specialist team

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain a state sampling license to legally handle and pour alcohol at events • Deep understanding of the beverage industry and competitive landscape • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns • Proficiency in planning and executing events and promotions • Ability to engage consumers, gather feedback, and build brand loyalty • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Presentation skills for small and large groups • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to collaborate with sales teams • Creative thinking for innovative marketing campaigns • Marketing budget management skills • Problem-solving ability • Adaptability to changing market conditions and consumer preferences • Networking and relationship-building skills • Organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and events • Awareness of and compliance with alcohol-industry regulations • Experience conducting product sampling events and activities • 2 years of field marketing experience in beverage, CPG, clothing, lifestyle, or health and beauty • 1 year of experience in a leadership/management role in a brand sampling environment • Prior experience with Chicago or Milwaukee distributor Lakeshore Beverage, or surrounding Illinois/Wisconsin distributors • Success building collaborative projects from idea to execution • Marketing communication experience emphasizing strategic partnerships • Alcoholic beverage experience is a plus • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Availability for evenings and weekend event activation support • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time within local markets
