📋 Description

• Serve as the regional office main point of contact for agency contract and code changes • Notify Corporate Licensing of new contracts, mergers, terminations, and producer appointments by creating Jira tickets • Communicate with agents, insureds, and underwriters regarding licensing questions, contact information, and web access issues • Document agency review discussions, profitability initiatives, and agency profile information in Sales Management System (SMS) • Provide agent, underwriter, and territory assignment changes to regional departments and update the agency system • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and team, including creating PowerPoint presentations and communicating agency changes • Run marketing team reports, including book of business, safety group, and target market data • Analyze agency management plan data, agency performance, premium and loss ratio breakdowns, and loss ratio trends • Prepare and send reports and executive summaries to management and the marketing team • Prepare and distribute marketing materials to agents • Email regional team members about new agency appointments and terminated agents • Inform Corporate Communications of agency bulletins for the regional website • Coordinate agency meetings, events, producer orientations, and agency training logistics • Assemble marketing materials for agency meetings • Draft and propose marketing brochures, COOP advertising, and promotional plans for new products and services

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency • Three years of administrative experience or related experience • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel • Basic knowledge of the property and casualty industry preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once while meeting deadlines • Strong human relations, customer service, and organizational skills • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
