📋 Description

• Lead ANM's Physical Security Solutions organization, including project delivery, engineering, field operations, PMO, service, and business growth • Lead Special Systems delivery operations across multiple regions • Own project execution from sales handoff through closeout • Ensure consistent delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and quality control • Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction • Drive operational excellence across PMO, engineering, field services, warehouse, and subcontractor management • Own revenue growth, gross profit, labor utilization, project margin, forecasting, resource planning, change order management, and operational KPIs • Develop quarterly business reviews and operational scorecards • Lead and develop a high-performing organization • Maintain executive relationships, lead project escalations, support strategic accounts, and drive continuous improvement from customer feedback • Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to support strategic pursuits, participate in customer meetings, develop delivery strategies, improve project estimating, increase services attachment, and expand recurring services opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance • Occasional travel is required • Ability to lead project delivery, engineering, field operations, PMO, service, and business growth across a multi-state organization • Experience managing project execution, delivery methodologies, documentation standards, quality control, operational processes, financial performance, forecasting, resource planning, change orders, and operational KPIs • Ability to lead and develop Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Field Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, Apprentices, Interns, and Solutions Engineers • Ability to partner with Sales and Solution Architects on strategic pursuits, customer meetings, delivery strategies, project estimating, services attachment, and recurring services opportunities
