📋 Description

• Set the DGX Cloud security design standard across tenancy, GPU workloads, identity, supply chain, and isolation • Create reference architectures, golden paths, and buildable security requirements • Embed with engineering teams, learn the code, and help ship secure systems • Drive multi-year architecture for common security infrastructure, including hardened baselines, patch SLOs, deploy-time policy, admission control, workload identity, supply-chain provenance, signing, attestation, detection, and response • Eliminate recurring risks at their architectural root and improve paved roads, baselines, and detections • Lead, hire, and grow a small team of Principal Engineers • Serve as DGX Cloud's technical connection to NVIDIA's central security organization • Partner with platform, production engineering, and network security teams • Document security gaps and remediation needs for executives who own the risk • Operate with influence rather than authority and do not personally block releases

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 20+ years of experience across software engineering, infrastructure, and security, with recent depth securing large-scale distributed or cloud platforms • Proven record owning the security architecture of a large platform end to end across multi-tenant isolation, identity and access, policy enforcement, supply chain, and detection • Experience writing, shipping, and operating production services at scale • Ability to read unfamiliar codebases and identify security assumption failures • Experience with emerging technology, AI-generated code, AI-assisted security analysis, and agents acting inside systems • Expertise in threat modeling complex distributed systems • Cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, Linux systems security, kernel-level primitives, and high-throughput multi-tenant environments • Ability to build consensus and organizational alignment across engineering leadership and senior executives • Typically 7+ years leading and growing senior technical talent • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 18+ years of practical engineering experience • HPC/AI security experience, including high-performance computing environments, RDMA-based networks, large GPU fleets, or GPU-specific security challenges (ways to stand out) • Experience establishing a security architecture practice (ways to stand out) • Depth in attestation, TPM/HSM integration, confidential computing, or workload identity frameworks deployed at scale (ways to stand out) • Contributions to security-focused open source, standards work, or engineering-focused security research (ways to stand out)
