📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for designated industry accounts • Support other accounts for overflow as needed • Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while addressing caller needs • Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details • Schedule appointments and transfer calls to appropriate contacts • Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently • Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation • Provide customer service with empathy and patience • Provide live chat, SMS, and email support
