📋 Description

• Answer phone calls as a legal receptionist for legal clients in English and Spanish • Take messages for law firms • Transfer calls • Record client information • Help attorneys globally care for their clients • Provide ongoing feedback to the Account Management team regarding legal terminology in scripts • Source, create, and share legal content and resources internally • Work a reliable 40-hour weekly schedule between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, including at least 8 hours on Monday

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish • Minimum of one year of experience in the legal field • Able to work 40 hours per week between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday • Schedule must include at least 8 hours on Monday • Available for a full-time schedule for the next 6 months • Able to work at a computer for the entire scheduled shift • Comfortable with legal language and sensitive situations • Able to think quickly on your feet • Bring Your Own Device policy; computer and internet must meet system requirements • Must be physically located and working in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Ohio, Missouri, or Tennessee for the duration of employment • Must pass a background check after a conditional offer
