Anza also collaborates with teams as engineering partners to build, launch, and maintain resilient Web3 protocols.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Advisory Services clients • Understand client needs and drive procurement strategies through execution • Manage client onboarding, account setup, and service delivery processes • Collaborate with sales, sourcing, operations, and product teams to align services with client needs • Champion and lead on-time delivery of client deliverables • Analyze client feedback and develop strategies to improve retention and engagement • Prepare and present reports on client activity, satisfaction, and performance metrics • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and growth • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements • Deliver Market Insights quarterly industry intelligence • Conduct portfolio optimization and supplier due diligence • Initiate procurement by managing supplier shortlists, soliciting Best and Final Offers (BAFO), negotiating suitable contract terms and conditions on behalf of customers, presenting recommendations, and executing contracts • Support company revenue and sales goals while delivering a polished and reliable client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree required • MBA preferred • 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience preferably within high-growth startups, solar development, development engineering, project development, sales and account management, customer success, or project management • Direct solar and/or storage industry experience preferred • Experience as a seasoned generalist leader across functions including Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and Product Management • Experience influencing teams in highly cross-functional settings • Experience spanning strategy, analytics, product, and operations in a fast-paced environment • Strong program management skills • Experience leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs that transformed company operations and delivered quantifiable business impact • First-principles thinking, including ability to question how work is performed rather than simply executing • ERP experience such as Netsuite, SAP, or Salesforce • PM, CSCP, or CPSM certification a plus • Visa sponsorship is currently unavailable for this position
