• Place outbound and receive inbound calls to patients, caregivers, and health care professionals regarding patient medications, adherence, and prescription barriers • Accurately and timely document patient information into multiple software systems • Monitor creation of e-prescribe orders and ensure accurate patient demographic information in CPR+ • Navigate and document information in CPR+/ORCA, ONCO EMR, and other pharmacy applications • Review daily Onco inbox reports and document trends • Ensure complete and accurate patient setup in operating systems • Manage pharmacy helpdesk communication and documentation via Fresh Service, CPR+, ONCO EMR, and ORCA • Facilitate communication between AON Pharmacy, Pharmacy Liaison, Company clinics, healthcare practitioners, departments, and outside vendors • Monitor Fresh Service requests and provide thorough, accurate, and timely clinic responses • Follow up on specialty pharmacy orders and communicate prescription status to patients and clinics • Provide backup support for PA, PAP, SP follow-ups, BV, and claims adjudication as needed • Provide effective communication and premier customer service to internal and external customers • Coordinate timely follow-up between patients and specialty pharmacies via phone, email, or portal • Listen to patient questions and provide accurate answers and solutions • Act as a liaison between teams to communicate changes and improve interdepartmental processes and patient care • Review incoming team emails and ensure timely, professional responses • Follow local, state, federal, corporate, SOP, and accreditation requirements • Complete compliance training by established deadlines • Maintain continuing education requirements for licensure • Protect confidential patient and employee information under HIPAA • Assist management with compliant storage, collection, and destruction of Protected Healthcare Information • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
• High school education required • Active/Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician permit in the state of residence • Willing to obtain Florida Technician permit (if applicable) • Two years’ experience in specialty, retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy as a pharmacy technician is required • Good command of the English language • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required • Ability to work remotely effectively as required • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment • Must be able to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites • Proficiency in ONCO, ORCA, and CPR+ is preferred
