📋 Description

• Place outbound and receive inbound calls to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding medications, adherence, and prescription barriers • Accurately and timely document patient information in multiple software systems • Create orders in e-prescribe and maintain accurate patient demographics in CPR+ • Navigate and document information in CPR+/ORCA, ONCO EMR, and other pharmacy applications • Review daily Onco inbox reports and document trends • Ensure complete and accurate patient setup in operating systems • Manage pharmacy helpdesk tickets in Freshservice, CPR+, ONCO EMR, and ORCA • Facilitate communication among AON Pharmacy, Pharmacy Liaison, company clinics, healthcare practitioners, departments, and vendors • Monitor helpdesk requests and provide thorough, accurate, timely responses to clinics • Follow up on specialty pharmacy orders and communicate prescription status to patients and clinics • Provide backup support for prior authorization, patient assistance programs, specialty pharmacy follow-ups, benefits verification, and claims adjudication • Provide customer service via phone, email, and portal communication • Liaise between patients and specialty pharmacies to ensure timely follow-up • Review incoming team emails and ensure professional, timely responses • Follow local, state, federal, corporate, SOP, and accreditation standards • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and assist with protected health information handling • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• High school education required • Active/Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician permit in the state of residence • Willing to obtain Florida Technician permit (if applicable) • Two years’ experience in specialty, retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy as a pharmacy technician • Good command of the English language • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required • Ability to work remotely effectively • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment • Proficiency in ONCO, ORCA, and CPR+ is preferred • Must maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information under HIPAA regulations • Must complete compliance training by established deadlines • Must maintain continuing education requirements for licensure
