📋 Description

• Process billings for our audit services business using our proprietary software • Assist with billings for our software SaaS and services business • Assist with client follow-ups on outstanding AR and provide support for inquiries • Administer the corporate credit card program • Administer corporate mobile phone program • Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations • Complete misc. tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical skills in computing and analysis • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and cash collections processes • General ledger experience • Two years experience in industry or public accounting • Bachelor’s degree; preferred: BS in Accounting or Finance • Ability to work independently and manage priorities • Ability to learn and perform multiple functions for redundancy within Finance • Ability to work with others within the company to solve finance related issues
