📋 Description

• Configure and maintain D365 Field Service and Power Platform components. • Translate business requirements into functional solutions. • Support implementation, testing, and rollout. • Provide post-go-live support and system stabilization. • Act as tier 2/3 escalation for Helpdesk. • Support client-facing platform issues via PMs. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. • Deliver training and onboarding for users. • Reduce the burden on engineering, strengthen platform support, improve user adoption, and ensure sustainable long-term platform success.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service. • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Strong understanding of configuration versus customization. • Experience supporting enterprise applications. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Preferred: AEC or environmental consulting experience. • Preferred: Background in application support or functional consulting. • Preferred: Exposure to mobile workforce or inspections. • Preferred: Experience working alongside development teams.
