📋 Description

• Execute the initial phases of Apex Leaders’ AI product strategy • Launch AI-assisted workstreams that power and elevate core service lines • Refine platform capabilities for automated document synthesis, data verifiability, and secure enterprise storage • Drive pilot client engagement and user confidence • Lead user discovery and technical scoping for next-generation platform capabilities planned for mid-2027 • Interface with internal business leads (“agent owners”) to articulate operational pain points • Refine business logic and scope AI agent functionality before technical hand-off • Translate business needs and manual workflows into developer-ready requirements, user stories, and technical specifications • Maintain a prioritized product backlog • Lead sprint planning for internal engineering teams and external development partners • Build intuitive B2B software for private equity decision-makers • Partner with executive leadership, UI/UX designers, and development vendors to maintain a predictable, high-velocity release cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience • Ideally exposure to Financial Services, Private Equity, M&A, or complex enterprise workflow tools • Proven track record bridging non-technical business stakeholders and engineering teams • Experience shipping AI-integrated products • Understanding of AI workflows, trust, hallucinations, and source attribution • Ability to interview high-value users, identify pain points, and validate prototypes • Comfort navigating database architecture and API integrations • Experience managing third-party development vendors alongside internal teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with high autonomy • Must be legally able to work in the United States • Must be located in Idaho, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Florida, or Nebraska for the remote option
