âą Responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across an assigned territory âą Support multiple Architectural Metals brands and solutions âą Partner closely with architects, glazing contractors, general contractors, distributors, owners, and other key influencers throughout the project lifecycle âą Identify new business opportunities and support strategic accounts âą Deliver a strong customer experience through collaboration with internal teams such as engineering, estimating, operations, and customer support âą Develop and execute territory plans aligned with regional growth objectives âą Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and AIA-accredited educational sessions âą Maintain active project pipelines and territory activity within CRM tools
âą Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field âą 3+ years of sales, specification, architectural, construction, or related building products experience preferred âą Experiences within glazing, fenestration, aluminum systems, architectural products, or commercial construction environments strongly preferred âą Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills âą Ability to influence and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences âą Strong business acumen and customer focus âą Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a dynamic environment âą Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally âą Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills âą Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
