📋 Description

• Lead key client and association relationships • Shape industry-specific go-to-market strategies • Represent AppFolio as a thought leader in Real Estate Performance Management • Own initiatives from strategy through execution and drive results in ambiguous, fast-moving situations • Represent AppFolio at industry associations, forums, and events through panels, speaking engagements, webinars, and written content • Cultivate relationships with key clients and associations, including senior executives • Grow client engagement and AppFolio advocacy • Translate industry insight into growth in partnership with Sales, Product, and Marketing • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and drive customer value • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executive audiences, industry stakeholders, and internal partners • Navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable business results • Strengthen customer relationships, expand engagement, and elevate AppFolio’s reputation

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the real estate industry’s trends, competitive landscape, and best practices • Significant experience building and sustaining external relationships with clients, associations, and executives • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate clearly at every organizational level • Self-directed, with sound judgment and a track record of high-impact results with minimal oversight • Experience leading, through influence, large and complex sales and client engagement efforts • Proven ability to drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing and lead cross-functional initiatives • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be 18 years of age or older
