📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs • Draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting strategies • Assist hiring managers and candidates through the full hiring process from recruiting to onboarding • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines • Track and maintain opportunities and candidates within the Applicant Tracking System • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements • Proactively build relationships to develop a candidate pool for future opportunities • Coordinate interviews with division and section leads • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US citizen • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting • Strong written and oral communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Suites • Strong organizational skills • Attention to details is a must • Must be self-motivated and proactive • Successful completion of a background investigation, including criminal history and identity check • Compliance with applicable employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines
