📋 Description

• Manage complex onboarding, job changes, transfers, exits, and related employee-lifecycle processes across jurisdictions • Maintain accurate HRIS records and lead data-quality audits, reconciliations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions • Design and improve request, approval, notification, document-generation, and system-integration workflows • Manage global leave and benefits operations • Build operational dashboards and exception reporting • Own compliance reporting and tracking activities • Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, PBPs, managers, and vendors • Own the HR operations optimization pipeline • Strengthen employee-lifecycle delivery, HRIS data quality, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement • Redesign workflows, remove duplicate work, and implement practical automation across HR and partner systems

🎯 Requirements

• Significant HR operations experience • Strong HRIS expertise; ADP preferred • Demonstrated success simplifying or automating processes • Working knowledge of global leave administration and benefits operations • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Power BI valued • Experience with Workato, Power Automate, ServiceNow, APIs, or similar • Strong project management and communication skills • Service mindset and employee support focus • Experience managing compliance calendars, audits, filings, and remediation tracking • Experience creating knowledge bases, playbooks, training materials, and self-service resources • Denver-area location preferred, but candidates from other locations are welcome
