📋 Description

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people and business strategies • Advise employees and foster trust through clear HR processes • Develop leadership capability and provide coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle • Partner with the broader People team and internal stakeholders on performance and talent reviews • Support compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations • Drive high-performing teams and contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels • Foster an inclusive and engaging culture

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience • At least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations • Deep HR expertise • Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into simple, clear, actionable strategies • Data-driven mindset • Experience leveraging people metrics and insights to design and execute impactful talent strategies aligned with business goals • Background supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS sector preferred • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations preferred • Background checks required
