📋 Description

• Partner with leaders throughout the organisation to shape people strategies that accelerate business growth and customer success • Act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate organizational change, talent decisions, and business transformation • Build organizational capability through workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design • Coach leaders to create high-performing, inclusive teams where people can grow, contribute, and do their best work • Lead key talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning • Partner with the global Sales and Customer-Facing organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnering with senior leaders in commercial or customer-facing organizations • Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, or other revenue-generating functions within a global business • Experience within a high-growth SaaS company is strongly preferred for external candidates; enterprise software or technology industry experience will also be considered • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of subscription and customer-centric business models • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse teams and cultures • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills • Knowledge of U.S. and LATAM employment law is a plus • International HR experience is a plus
