📋 Description

• Partner with leaders throughout the organization to shape people strategies that accelerate business growth and customer success • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational change, talent decisions, and business transformation • Build organizational capability through workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design • Coach leaders to create high-performing, inclusive teams • Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning processes • Partner with the global Sales and Customer-Facing organization • Translate business priorities into practical people solutions enabling growth, transformation, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnering with senior leaders in commercial or customer-facing organizations • Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, or other revenue-generating functions within a global business • Experience within a high-growth SaaS company strongly preferred for external candidates • Enterprise software or technology industry experience will also be considered • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of subscription and customer-centric business models • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse teams and cultures • Knowledge of U.S. and LATAM employment law is an advantage • International HR experience is a plus
