📋 Description

• Manage HRIS data integrity, maintaining accurate employee records and lifecycle status changes • Map, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and employee handbooks across People Operations • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement modern automations and AI workflows for daily HR tasks • Support administration of total rewards, policies, and wellness initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, multi-state remote work guidelines, and documentation standards • Champion internal culture initiatives, peer recognition programs, and remote team connection • Support employee lifecycle and onboarding operations • Report directly to the VP of People

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of equivalent practical experience in a multi-state, remote environment • Hands-on experience managing modern HR technology stacks such as Rippling and Lattice • Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as Gemini to automate workflows, draft communications, and optimize operations • Practical knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA • Knowledge of multi-state compliance considerations for a remote workforce • Clear and thoughtful communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team • Adaptability and solution-building skills • Data-informed decision-making • Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States
