📋 Description

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy and align local policies and practices • Anticipate opportunities or issues and develop sustainable solutions • Enable an exceptional employee experience across onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and other moments that matter • Contribute to an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and employee belonging • Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results • Manage employee relations situations and performance management with the Employee Relations team • Provide consultation through coaching, training, and advisory support • Support employee groups through business transition, expansion, and stabilization • Build trusted relationships with local employees and People Partners as the primary on-the-ground touchpoint • Execute HR tasks and improve employee lifecycle efficiencies through effective touchpoints and handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience • Experience with Employee Relations, including investigations, claims, and performance management • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, such as a BS in human resources, business administration, or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline • Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization • Skilled team player able to communicate thoughts clearly and effectively • Skilled facilitator able to lead local and regional employee events and programs • Strong team management skills and ability to manage priorities • Ability to adjust communication styles to varying situations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Excellent organizational skills, starter-finisher mentality, and acute attention to detail • Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships as a trusted HR expert • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; position does not provide visa sponsorship
