📋 Description

• Partner with the Regional Vice President and operational team to achieve the Region’s financial and operational objectives • Provide financial oversight of new business and retention proposals from bid through contract execution • Own budgeting, projections, and financial closing processes for the regional portfolio • Develop and implement solutions to overcome business challenges and achieve financial commitments • Develop cash flows and scenario analyses for executive decision-making on contract negotiations, renewals, and new business pursuits • Conduct ongoing training for regional staff and operations teams on financial procedures and relevant initiatives • Ensure data integrity, best practices, and compliance with internal and external controls • Develop, analyze, interpret, and implement financial policies, practices, and procedures • Work with senior managers across functions to strengthen internal controls and optimize growth and profitability • Manage the regional finance staff and provide strategic financial insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required • MBA or CPA preferred • 10+ years of progressively responsible finance/accounting experience required • Prior experience leading and developing a staff required • Proven hospitality industry experience highly desirable • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in financial software and tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to travel approximately 25%, including overnight travel
