📋 Description

• Provide leadership and HR business partnership for the Midwest Region • Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership • Partner with senior leaders and front-line managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results/impact • Coach and advise leaders on people strategy, including organization design, change management, talent management, and employee engagement • Ensure efficient delivery of HR programs and services, including performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews • Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on employee engagement and retention • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to attract, onboard, develop, and retain talent • Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives and projects • Contribute to and help lead US HR strategy work in partnership with the US Sector HRVP

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist role • Strong organization capability/organization development experience • Change management experience • Talent management experience • Experience using HR technology and analytics • Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD, or related business field • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives • Proven ability to partner, communicate, and consult effectively with executive and senior-level leadership • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Travel 50-70%, depending on business needs
