📋 Description

• Own design of individual games and features across the Modo.us portfolio, including casino-style games and bingo • Design core mechanics, paylines, reel sets, bonus triggers, free spins, progressive jackpots, and volatility curves with math/RNG specialists • Design meta-game features, bonus rounds, mini-games, VIP/loyalty tiers, daily rewards, leaderboards, and tournaments • Shape monetization, virtual currency economy, IAP packaging, coin sales, and ad placement • Own UX/UI for game flow, onboarding, tutorials, session pacing, and win celebrations • Drive LiveOps content, seasonal events, and limited-time features • Write GDDs, feature specifications, and math model handoffs for engineering and QA • Analyze KPIs including ARPDAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, session length, and LTV; propose tuning changes or A/B tests • Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, concept art, specification drafting, and research synthesis • Collaborate with the Product Design team and report to the Director of Product Design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile/web game or interaction design experience • iGaming/social gaming experience strongly preferred • Ability to take ambiguous direction and make sound design calls independently • Proficiency with AI tools such as Figma AI, Higgsfield or similar, ChatGPT/Claude, and Cursor/Copilot • Math fluency with spreadsheets or simulation tools to reason about RTP, volatility, and hold • Strong documentation skills for executable specifications • Data literacy, including dashboard analysis, hypothesis formation, and test proposals • Experience with real-money gaming compliance in specific US markets preferred • Background in social gaming monetization specifically preferred • Familiarity with progressive jackpot or multi-game linked systems preferred • Animation skills preferred
