📋 Description
• Handle all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee development, and relations • Write, implement, and provide guidance to management about HR-related policies • Provide effective communication of policies and counsel to employees regarding personnel issues • Oversee hiring and onboarding processes • Design and negotiate a competitive benefit program reflecting the diverse staff's values • Manage compliance activities, including required audits and legal adherence
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure • HR certification (sponsored by HRCI or SHRM) is desirable
