📋 Description

• Manage multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate high-quality technical deliverables across project stages • Implement and enforce QA/QC processes throughout design development • Manage project budgets, expenditures, scope, cost forecasts, and financial targets • Serve as primary client interface, lead reviews, present design decisions, and meet federal requirements • Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and design delivery workflows using digital platforms • Drive on-time delivery of design milestones and manage change, risk, and scope • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders for integrated design delivery • Prepare written reports, technical documentation, and presentations focused on federal standards, compliance, and funding • Contribute to pursuit strategies, fee proposals, and winning approaches for federal design projects • Provide “seller-doer” leadership across project delivery and business development activities • Travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ relevant experience in the federal market sector • Minimum 5+ years’ experience leading large multidisciplinary design-engineered solutions and construction projects • Strong financial background related to projects and client management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience reviewing drawings and multidisciplinary designs on digital platforms • Fundamental knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modeling (BIM) engineered solutions • Obtain Certified Project Management (CPM) certification status within 30 days of hire • BA in Architecture or Engineering-related fields focused on the built environment • Must be a citizen of the United States of America
