📋 Description

• Develop and implement pursuit and capture planning strategies in partnership with Pursuit Leaders and pursuit teams • Participate in client account planning and regional strategy efforts • Manage comprehensive capture plans, action items and schedules • Implement action plans to increase win probability before the RFP • Develop and communicate win strategies and create storyboards • Conduct market research and analysis on opportunities, clients, projects and competitors • Support positioning and client meetings and events • Manage the prequalification process and track targeted procurements • Serve as Lead Proposal Manager from kickoff through proposal development and interview preparation • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, address client needs and implement key messages • Write new content, tailor existing materials, interview technical experts, incorporate capture-plan information and edit other writers' content • Support interview preparation • Attend client pre-proposal and debrief meetings and share lessons learned and best practices • Track and organize debrief feedback and competitor proposals • Support proactive CRM pipeline management • Manage regional project descriptions and staff resume data • Support marketing campaigns and branding efforts, including award submittals, client events, white papers, presentations, conferences, advertising and public relations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of A/E/C industry experience as a marketing, pursuit or proposal specialist • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, professional / technical writing, political science, English or a related field is required (or equivalent professional experience) • Experience developing and writing proposals • Thorough understanding of the RFP and proposal development processes • Experience in capture planning / strategy development and implementation in the A/E/C industry is preferred • Experience in persuasive writing and developing features, advantages and benefits • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is preferred • Working knowledge of Office365 Applications, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams is preferred • CPSM or APMP Certification is preferred but not required • Ability to lead, offer opinions and direction, and interact with clients, internal stakeholders, pursuit teams and teaming partners • Excellent planning, organization, communication, listening, analytical, strategic and creative skills • Ability to coordinate multiple team members, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong service orientation and commitment to achieving goals • Commitment to Arcadis values, business principles and Health & Safety standards
