📋 Description

• Implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with Change Management methodologies • Create communications that excite people and elicit the desire to act • Analyze key stakeholder groups to improve engagement • Support training program delivery • Participate in client meetings to understand company culture and jointly develop a change adoption plan • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors during transitions • Help build the OCM practice through creation or refinement of approaches, offerings, and templates • Deliver both onsite and remote programs

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS Degree in any field • Strong communications ability (verbal and written) • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Strong desire to learn • Ability to travel if required by the client company • U.S. Citizen • Preferred: BS degree in business, communications, or psychology • Preferred: Experience as an OCM practitioner, communication professional, or learning & development professional
