📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for business and technology initiatives • Execute alone or lead an OCM team • Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication activities to foster adoption and minimize resistance to change • Design and deliver effective communications that motivate and inspire action • Oversee training initiatives and provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors • Collaborate with clients to understand organizational culture and develop tailored change adoption plans • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting as needed • Ensure compliance with ArcherGrey’s Change Management methodologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS Degree in any field • Strong communications ability (verbal and written) • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Strong desire to learn • Ability to travel if required by the client company • U.S. Citizen • Experience as an OCM practitioner, communication professional, or learning & development professional • BS degree in business, communications, or psychology (preferred)
