• Consult with clients to understand technological requirements and create custom solutions • Articulate the features and advantages of Arctiq’s Product, Professional Service, and Managed Service offerings • Drive sales and profitability objectives across a diverse market segment • Maintain and strengthen client relationships • Identify marketplace opportunities and prospect and engage new clients • Collaborate with sales leadership on pricing structures, deal registrations, rebates, and promotions • Evaluate and qualify new sales prospects and provide reliable sales forecasts • Build and nurture relationships with key partners • Maintain knowledge of partner offerings, services, and initiatives • Stay informed about Arctiq’s service delivery capabilities and modern technology expertise • Prepare and deliver product and service proposals, quotes, and RFP responses • Manage contracts and product leases in modern infrastructure, security, and platform engineering • Achieve or exceed monthly gross profit targets and quarterly sales quotas • Perform additional assigned responsibilities to drive organizational success and innovation
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the IT industry • Strong product and services knowledge • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas • Strong understanding of modern technology trends, including infrastructure, cloud computing, and security • Ability to discuss technical concepts with clients and align Arctiq solutions with their needs • Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships • Ability to understand client pain points, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions and support • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans • Ability to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay ahead of competitors • Ability to collaborate with internal teams • Highly motivated and results-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities • Knowledge of industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies • Candidates can be located in NY, NJ, CT, or MA
