• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope • Develop detailed project plans covering tasks, milestones, resource allocations, and budget controls • Collaborate with the PMO to manage resources, schedules, and capacity planning • Serve as the primary client contact and provide communication and reporting, including executive summaries to customer leadership • Facilitate internal communication with Client Directors, Architects, PMO, and Leadership • Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to coordinate project delivery on time and within budget • Apply Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies according to project and client needs • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help teams identify and remove delivery roadblocks • Maintain project documentation, status updates, progress reports, and post-project analyses • Identify and mitigate project risks • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications • Follow PMO standards, templates, and tools • Contribute to improvements of PMO processes and methodologies • Establish and track KPIs to measure project success and identify improvement areas
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience directing medium to large-scale IT projects with varying degrees of complexity • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery approaches • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog management, prioritization, estimation, and tracking project and sprint progress • PMP certification preferred; CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus • Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, margin, revenues, and cost tracking • Experience working with external clients • Experience managing and delivering projects of varying sizes while handling multiple projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies including Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Networking & Connected Experiences, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Autonomous Operations & Intelligence, and Enterprise Service Management • Experience managing contractor relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations • Expertise in comprehensive project planning, budget management, and timeline coordination • Skills in scope control, risk identification and mitigation, communication across all levels, decisive decision-making, and leading diverse, cross-functional teams • Expertise using Smartsheet, NetSuite, and Microsoft 365 for project tracking and management
