📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, and determine coverage and possible claim resolutions • Determine whether to retain outside counsel • Manage claims and/or litigation through final resolution • Negotiate with claimants, opposing counsel, and third parties • Participate in mediations and required court appearances • Review and approve invoices for costs and attorneys' fees • Perform and assist in initial evaluation for recovery • Maintain documentation of claim file activity • Evaluate and respond to clearance and curative demands • Complete other assigned activities and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and committed to accuracy • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel • Licensed and in good standing; any jurisdiction is acceptable • 3–5 years of experience in title insurance, a related field, or litigation experience is preferred • Basic knowledge of real property and insurance law • Recent law graduates will be considered
