• Provide subject matter expertise supporting data science, analytics, and machine learning initiatives • Support analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Provide recommendations regarding analytical methods, statistical models, and data-driven solutions • Support data preparation, transformation, modeling, and visualization activities • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define analytical requirements and support program objectives • Support development of dashboards, reports, technical documentation, and analytical deliverables • Provide guidance on data quality, analytical methodologies, and data science best practices • Contribute to modernization and continuous improvement efforts involving data, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, data analytics, data science, or related technical environments • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting enterprise-scale data, analytics, or technology initiatives • Demonstrated experience performing statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, or other advanced analytical work • Experience working with large, complex, and/or disparate datasets • Proficiency with data analysis and programming tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies • Experience with data visualization and communicating analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, business, and program teams in a federal environment • Willingness to undergo the government issued background investigation process
